PuddlesBut! That is not what I have made this journal for!!! I got a new doggy today ;u;b it was like SO RANDOM TOO
A local newstation here always has like Pet of the Week where they bring in an animal from the SPCA that needs a home and stuff
And my dad was all "guys come here look at this dog" and it was a little dachshund just like our other one, Max ;u; Black and brown but she has like white and grey spots and Max doesn't. And so my dad was all "You guys can go and get a dog but it has to be THAT one" and we were like "OKAY!!!!" because that is something my dad would never say and you just don't take those things for granted.
So my mom, my sister, and I stood out in the rain in front of the SPCA for like 15 minutes waiting for them to open and there were other people too and we were like "darn everyone's here to see Puddles" So the whole time we were all telling ourselves not to get our hopes up but then like everyone there wanted to see rabbits akldhfashf and we were all "YAY 8D" And so we found her and she was just sitting in her little cage and awww that place is so depressing ;__; They were all like "are you sure you want this dog she snaps sometimes and she gets possesive over food and is not good with kids under 18 BLAH BLAH BLAH" and we were just all "HELL YEAH WE WANT THIS DOG"
s-so just like that my mom signed some papers and BAM. PUDDLES IS OURS.
my dad was like so shocked lka;hdfkhdsfa he didn't think we could get her HA HA. So she's home with us right now and she hasn't caused us any problems. She gets along with Max and stuff so yeah. I'm so happy ;u; I never thought about getting another dog since we got max (six years ago lol) and then all of a sudden we wake up one morning and go and get a dog! We want to rename her but we haven't thought of anything yet! So i guess she's still gonna be Puddles for now.
